Dreamed up by a dietitian, state champion high school swimmer and now, a mom
Teens are different. You are still growing, ultra competitive, want to look good, and are willing to do what it takes to get there. Nutrition for teens is a resource I wish I had when I was a teen and what I want my own children to have in order to reach their full potential. Reliable, scientific information that promotes health and peak performance by the dietitians who work with the biggest and best athletes.
Registered Dietitian
I have been a registered dietitian for over 15 years. My education includes a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Hawaii, followed by completing a dietetic internship at Yale-New Haven Hospital and a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of New Haven and a Master’s of Medical Science from Wake Forest School of Medicine. In high school, I was a very competitive swimmer and ended my swimming career with a shoulder injury senior year and I also played high school golf.
